Have you tried deleting the channel, rebooting the Roku, and then re-adding the channel? Also for the sake of testing, go to your Netflix account on the web, remove linked devices, and then re-link them. Please note both of these may/will require you to re-authenticate the account.

Cool, thanks for the link. I just followed the above and it didn't help at all. Here's the rest of the information per your linked post.
1) Netflix

3) When watching, the lips are not in sync with the movie. This is on my Roku4. I have a Roku3 and when hooked up to the same chords and TV it works fine.
4) Put on any movie/show from Netflix. Sit back and watch everything turn into a bad kung fu movie.
