I have my parents set up with a Synology server and a Roku. I can manage the server remotely thru a web interface or directly using their computer via TeamViewer. I know I can add channels to their Roku via the web but is there anyway I can manage it remotely such as settings, deleting channels, logging into channels, etc?

I could do this via the web or locally via their home computer connected through TeamViewer.

if you can remoteley control their computer you might be able to use the remoku plug in for firefox/chrome but with out being able to see what you are doing on the TV it would be a shot in the dark
