I have been using both DS Video and Plex with my Roku 2 (newest model) and the thumbs for my video files load painfully slow which is kind of killing the cool factor and the ease of use. Is this a limitation of my server (Synology 212J), the Roku? A little of both?

I also use DS Video and Plex with an iPad and both load the thumbs much quicker than the Roku so I think the issue may not be the server but instead the Roku?
