Yeah, it is on their end, but they don't seem to be as responsive as they used to be. Seems the company has gotten bigger and maybe they have less time for the forum, but since this affects their cash flow they should be more responsive than they have been so far. Ah well, maybe I have enough themes :?



oh well, we shall see. :? Btw...you can never have too many themes. :D

@philsoft: The bug was reproduced earlier today (Channel Store issue) and was filed. I don't have an ETA on when it will be resolved, but I imagine it will be soon.

It has been almost two weeks since I first brought this up. Is there ANY clue as to whether this is going to be fixed any time soon?

I have potential customers reaching me on Facebook and Twitter because they can't purchase the upgrade of my Poker Clock channel, for weeks and this is not solved yet :(

When I spoke with CS the other day about this, they said they the channel store team was looking into it, and a bug was filed. That's the only information I have at this time though.

I'll make a note to poke CS and the channel store team about it tomorrow though.

Thanks Marcelo, hopefully other developers will get restless and help get Roku motivated to actually make some progress on this. The odd thing is yesterday when I looked in my browser it showed the Winter theme as well as a couple others that SHOULD have had a price attached as $0.00 even though when I lok on my Roku it shows the Winter theme being 99 cents.

You might have missed on a $0.00 "sale"/incontinence. Or it might still be going on, opinions differ.

Anybody with Fourth or Fifth Estate connections? That may magically resolve the issues :idea:

Yup, That is it exactly. Hopefully Roku will put a little more urgency into this channel store issue. The fact that it has gone on for weeks is troubling.

I too am trying to purchase a couple games and it says processing for like 3 minutes and then that the channel couldnt be downloaded. Ive reset to factory settings and Ive deleted my credit card and re-entered it. I dont know whar else I can do.

The billing system has been effectively down since 3/2.
Nothing you can do on your side to fix it - have to wait on RokuCo. to fix their servers.

Try contacting Roku Support about the issue - preferably shouting "Take my money!" - hopefully a critical mass of tickets will make them admit the issue publicly and commit to fixing it.
