Re: firmware 7.1 beginning slow rollout

I was on the fence about Pluto anyway (there's nothing there that I don't have elsewhere) so this is as good a reason as any to delete it from my device. And it isn't "half screen", but 1/3 screen upper left.

Regarding the brighter LED: I can live with it as my Roku is not in direct line of sight of the TV screen. And it's not that much brighter; maybe twice at most.

I address the slight SD anomalies in the other thread.

I've not taken a rule and measured, so I defer to your figures.

I would like to know that as well. One quarter of the year has passed and there is no DD+ to DD conversion.

Well, I guess Roku does not want my money. I will hold my Roku 4 purchase until this is sorted out.

That is probably a hardware issue rather than a firmware (software) issue.

Given some of the feedback, a choice was made to turn off manual updates for now.

Is there a rollback option (to 7.0 b9044) for those experiencing issues?

Use the "update software" option in the "secret screen" ..... it will allow a rollback to 7.0.0.9044. Hope that helps.

Please follow the below sequence on your Roku remote:
1. Press the home button 5 times
2. Press the forward button 3 times
3. Press the backward button 2 times

That should get you to the secret screen.
