I really wish we had the ability to directly link the roku to all of the TV providers and content providers so I dont have to enter a bazillion authorization codes.   

I wish I could just link my Roku to my DirecTV account and have it unlock all the content from apps like HBO Go, FX, Fox Sports Go, USA, Ect.   I spent over 4 hours tonight unlocking all of those apps and putting in the codes.    It would be way cool if I could only do that once and everything was unlocked.  

It would be nice if the search feature would not just open the app (Amazon video, is what I'm specification referrring to), but would also jump to the searched item within the app.

How about making this forum a little harder for the spammers to create accounts and flood this site with garbage? I can't remember the procedure to create an account, but it's obviously simple for the bots to accomplish. I can see you guys have to go through every morning and purge a lot of crap.

Please develop support for Audio passthrough to enable our AV Amps to support for DTS x and Dolby Atmos.

I would use this specifically with PLEX where I have a number of titles which support these formats.

Even though ROKU Ultra and the newer devices are not sold in Europe. There are many users who have the devices here and APPS like Amazon should include UHD access in Europe and Iplayer needs to be tested with the BBC and get it working.

Please add: Google play movie 4K support.

I rented a google play movie in 4K but it does not play back in 4K on the Roku Ultra (but does on an android tv). Thanks

Correct, Utlra.  Ultimate was an oversight on my part.

As has been requested countless times, bit-streaming of the HD audio formats.  I don't understand why this is so hard.

Also, it would be nice if the Wifi Radio could be turned off.  Everything in my home that is stationary is hardwired.  The less radios running that don't need to be, the better for my mobile devices.

Another +1 to this. I bought this box mostly to stream Amazon HDR and the banding is VERY distracting.

It would be amazing if there were an Amazon Alexa skill integration so I could say: "Alexa, open Netflix and play Chef's table." and it would just work. Or "Alexa pause Roku" etc.

Is it appropriate (encouraged? discouraged?) to re-post previous feature requests?  Feature that I would like is a "Unified Favorites List" so that I could flag content in an app, and then at the Roku main screen, I could access this favorites list which would include all of the items that I flagged from all of my apps.

An improved remote would be nice.

Programmable favorite buttons would be nice since I don't use (and don't intend to use) hulu or voodoo. Would much rather have Amazon prime, netflix, or roku media player on there.

Even more important, I would love to have my Roku remote be able to turn on and off my TV and sound system, as well as adjust volume.

Edit: My current roku remote is point anywhere, and doesn't have an IR blaster needed to talk to the tv/receiver. If the price were reasonable, I'd be willing to buy a (bluetooth?) device that interfaces with the roku remote, and then blasts IR to my other devices.

I'm a bit surprised I can't find a request already but is youtube HDR support in the works? Fixing the 10 bit HDR issues and adding YT HDR would pretty much make the Roku premier/ultra a true one stop shop for streaming hdr.
