Under new channels, today, I noticed Reuters. I had been hoping for sometime, we would get them. There have been several different apps, but they were hard to find and often in marginal video quality. This channel look great in HD. One main thing I love about the Roku, is there are so many news channels worldwide. At a click, I can watch the news from a lot of the world. Thanks. This is really a nice addition.

I agree it's a nice addition. I'm a bit of a newshound, and I really like Reuters. I've only watched one 15 minute newscast, but I like what I see.

I would like a way to reliably get the BBC World News channel.  There are some apps that include this channel but they are not reliable and/or have poor video and/or lip sync issues.

Is anyone else experiencing an audio issue? I've had it a couple times now during the "now" broadcast. It starts fine, but after the short ad break it goes on tot he next story but there is no audio. I have not found a fix.

Yes, three cheers for Reuters on Roku.

Yep. Happened several times to me. I deleted the app and hope for a fix.

Not sure how this stuff gets through Roku QA.

The audio issue is making this channel a no go for me. I hope they come up with a fix, until then I can't recommend the channel, even given its great promise.

Sky News is an acceptable alternative IMO and one I watch regularly. I like to fire it up and just let it play for a few hours in the background to catch up on any immediate disasters or news-worthy events happening around the world then pull the plug when I notice I've seen/heard the available loop a few times. Very occasionally the app will stop working (on both Roku and AFTV) showing the loading bar, but this is usually the point at which I re-evaluate whether I'm seeing new stuff or not. A reload corrects the issue and it happens so infrequently it's hardly worth a mention.

Same audio issue here...just installed the channel and would really like it work correctly.  Will check back periodically to learn if anyone has a fix...

Yep. Starts with audio then it stops. I will try again in a week or so to see if this gets sorted out.
