5.1 works intermittently to my sound system, but there are awful dropouts where the audio becomes staticky and garbled until I pause/play/etc.

Anyone else having this?

Yes, but I get it from the optical out on the Ultra. My TV does not pass the 5.1 to via HDMI passthough or I am guessing I would see it there too. I get fine stereo now but only garbled output in 5.1 (from the optical).

Hoping this gets fixed, it was my only reason for getting the Ultra.

I see OS 7.5.1  was re-released today, can any of the mods/tech verify if a secret menu option was added for 4k 24/30p resolution?

I got a Premiere about a week ago to replace my Roku 3. Now I can't get Netflix to show my bitrate/resolution during playback any more. It always showed it on the Roku 3. I also just checked my Stick (the newer version) and it is now on 7.5.0 and I can't get the bitrate on their either.

I just updated the Premiere to the 7.5 update that came out today hoping it would bring it back, but no luck. Is there any way to see the bitrate on the Stick or Premiere?

Every time I update to 7.5.1 it reverts back to 7.2.2 after I reset the Premiere

I have to wonder why you are resetting your Premier?
I have not had to reset and of my Roku devices for at least a year.

After updating to 7.5.1 Netflix wouldn't load some times. So I tried resetting it, and then it reverted back.

When using this new 7.5.1.4086 on my Premiere with the Plex channel, all my files with DTS audio are now out of sync (audio is ~1 sec. ahead of video).
Does this happen with anyone else?
But when using it with Roku Media Player to access my Plex Media Server it's OK.
Whew!... a "System Restart" reverts it back to 7.2.2.7146 though (I think that's what JesuSaves had ment).

Something funny was going on last night with ROKU. I checked for an update before I went to bed and it updated from 7.2.2 to 7.51.

I woke up this morning and its back to 7.2.2 so I check for an update again and it updates to 7.51. After it restores i check for an update again and it
updates five applications including Netflix and Amazon.

Don't see any problems but not sure how or why it reverted to 7.2.2 during the night.

Every time I restart my Premiere it reverts back to 7.2.2. Also after updating to 7.5 it always updates Netflix and Hulu if I check for updates

They probably have a FLAG that checks version set incorrectly at their end.

I'm having the same problem with both of my Ultra's.  Reverts back to firmware 7.2.2 every time boxes are restarted.  Both boxes restarted on their own this morning.  Is when I noticed the issue.  7.5 does resolve the issue with Dolby Atmos.  Thank you.  Need it to stick though.

Always rolling back to 7.2.2. Frustrating.
