I have recently been having problems with Rhapsody and my m2000. It has been up and running for five or more years with no problems. I have an older computer with windows XP operating system. I started communication with Rhapsody, thinking it was a Rhapsody problem. In the process they had me remove and re-install Rhapsody on my computer. Now I get nothing. They assured me that Roku was not compatible with Rhapsody. This is what they said:
Thank you for writing back to us.
Older devices used WMA RAD file format to stream music. Its an old file format which is now no longer supported. This means some older home audio devices may no longer play Rhapsody music.
In order to fix this issue, you need to contact your device manufacturer and update the firmware of your device. If you are unable to update your device firmware, or the issue is not resolved after updating the firmware, then your device no longer supports Rhapsody.
Do I give up on Rhapsody? or is there a way to make this work. Right now no libraries are found.
My kids have itunes. As another option, can I have itunes as a library?
