For Scenegraph channels why do we still need three separate manifest splash screens?  For SD, HD, FHD required?  Shouldn't we be able to only specify an FHD splash screen and it resize it down to what it needs?  When you are submitting a channel, there is an 'analyze' option which says all three are mandatory.
