DRM key invalid no error events in 8.0.0

If I try to play a Playready DRMed DASH stream, and if the DRM key loaded is wrong, I am not getting any playback error events, its always "Finished" event that I get in OS v 8.0.1 and no events, the player just keeps loading in 8.0.0. (Roku Stick+/Roku 3)

I am setting: 
EncodingType : "PlayReadyLicenseAcquisitionUrl"
EncodingKey : "https://my.license.com/playready?custom_data=mydrmkey"


Normal scenarios are working fine, for now, but I am not seeing any error events when DRM key fails.

Any ideas why?
