Digital Audio Out & WiFI

Sat Jun 18, 2005 9:14 pm

I have recently set up my HD1000 but found I could not attach the WIFI USB adapter and digital audio out cable. This is because the USB WiFI adapter and the digital audio jack are too close together to use both.
Suggestions.

What kind of device are you trying to plug into the USB port? You should have no problems unless you are trying to plug a wide device straight in. You could bug a short USB extension cable (many WiFi adapters come with one)

Yeah, I had this problem too and wasn't able to use the VGA port because of it. Yeah, the extension cords are a work around but for a future product I'd space them a bit more (just a suggestion)

Thanks RokuPatrick.

I found a USB extension cord and it works fine.
