We haven't had an update for a couple of weeks, so my money is on Friday...

Man I haven't looked for an update for a long while on this as I didn't see it happening soon. Decided to check again today and I'm totally shocked it's still in beta. Beta generally means code that's completely but not yet debugged. Alpha is code that is still in development.

You were close; I was ready last friday but I wanted to test over the weekend and then make Nero Media home work.

Close :D ... Can we assume from this beta that the bones of uPnP is complete and that you'll be moving on to some of the other outstanding issues..? I'm particularly interested in the DVD audio dropouts, DTS pass through and most importantly, full PAL support to include a fix for the stuttering I'm seeing ONLY on PAL DVD...

These are the only things stopping me investing in some serious NAS capacity...

Many thanks for all the hard work...

That would be nice (even though I hate Nero software, MediaHome DOES sorta work). I'm liking my PB so much I >MIGHT< buy another if some of these last few bugs/features can get some traction and get out of "beta".
