Cant telnet to HD1000??

Fri Dec 23, 2005 8:31 am

I assigned a static IP to my HD1000 and now I cant telnet to it. I can ping it and it uses my networks shares just fine, but I cant telnet to it.

How do I set it to factory defaults and go back to DHCP for network if I cant telnet to it? any way to just clear the whole thing and start over?

Put whatever firmware you want on a CF card, reset the PB with that CF card, and you'll upgrade (or downgrade) to that firmware and all it's defaults. Each "beta release" thread in here has specific instructions.
