Can Roku be used with a Clear 4G hotspot?

According to the CLEAR Website, their plans support up to 1.0 Mbps for the unlimited plan (the Basic plan, which isn't unlimited, supports 1.5 Mbps). That's on the low end of what you'll need to watch streaming. You may experience the occasional rebuffing, if the service can't maintain that speed (the "up to" part). You may find it easier to watch SD content, rather than HD, with those speeds.

If the other part of your question is whether or not it works with a hotspot at all, I have used it with a Verizon hotspot successfully.

I don't speak from personal experience, but if the numerous comments on the various Clear forums are any indication, Clear will throttle you back on a hair-trigger.

These stories are old, so I assume things only are worse now:
