I have a Soundbridge M1001 which was put away for a while during remodeling. It worked fine but upon installing it in my ham shack, it does not work.

Upon applying power...

The display displays ROKU and goes thru the usual boot up. After the text LET THE MUSIVC PLAY is displayed, the display goes out. However there is communications with the Hub but no audio or remote function.

What is the procedure to have this repaired if there is no device reset available

After it says "Let the music play" and the display goes out, did you then press the Power button on your M1001's remote control?

The default on these is to go back to the state they were in when they were powered off. So if the last state was Standby, the device will return to Standby after it boots up. This means a dark display unless you have configured it differently.

Obviously check the batteries in your remote.

If this doesn't work, find the address of the M1001 (such as from your router, and go to that address in your browser to see if you can access the M1001's interface.

If you can access the M1001 interface, go to Presets, and click Play on one of them to see if the M1001 lights up.
