Having Problem Playing Netflix Movies

I just got my Roku with HDMI and I successfully setup the device with no problem. The only problem I'm getting is when I go to Netflix channel and play my movies selections but will not play. It’s showing a download bar in red but it always stop quarter of the way. After that it goes back to my movies selection. I try playing other channels beside Netflix and it plays fine.

Does anybody have this problem and how can I fix it??? If I can’t fix the problem I will return the system back and just used my laptop (which i was using before with no problem).

If all the other content providers material is being delivered with no problem, that indicates to me your Roku is working as it should and the problem is something specific to Netflix.

Have you reviewed the help Netflix has for Instant Watching? I would check it out if you have not, Netflix should be able to resolve your issue.
