Wifi Card Causing Display Issues

Fri May 27, 2011 1:26 pm

I have an M1000 which until recently has been working fine. All of a sudden it started spitting out all sorts of symbols on the screen causing the display to be unreadable. After doing a factory reset and trying over an ethernet connection I have deduced it's the wifi card that's causing the issue. Take it out and the display is fine. Put it back in and the display is unreadable again. You can sometimes see the menu options, but they flash away before I can select anything with the remote. Very annoying. Has anybody else had a problem with this?

I am on the latest software and my Soundbridge is set to pick up an IP over DHCP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi sarahhalloran,

welcome to the forums.

To me this looks like a failing power supply. Have a look at this thread for information about testing the PSU and buying a suitable replacement.
