Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix the constant reloading problem I'm having when streaming Acorn programs? I'm using a ROKU XD2 and the box says my signal is "excellent." I've checked the download speed for my DSL modem and it is better than 5.0 MBPS (and the best I can get in my area). Netflix, HuluPlus and Amazon IV all stream just fine. But I can't manage to get through an episode of any show on Acorn without constant reloading interruptions, even after setting the video quality to Very Low. I've sent a note to customer support for Acorn and even included a jpg of my Acorn system settings. Have not heard back. Anyone else having these problems? Love the shows on Acorn and really want this service to work. Wishing now I had taken advantage of the full 30-day trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
