No purchase history on my account after factory reset

I had to factory reset my Roku device because someone else removed my account. Before realizing my account wasn't on there anymore...I had paid for 2 channels. Long story short...I factory reset my Roku and added my account and payment info...but there's no purchase history showing up and it's asking me to pay for the channels again. I have proof of the channels being paid for in my transaction history from my bank. What do I do?
