paramount+ won't work even tho I paid for a 1 year subscription

I got the 1 year subscribtion. it won't let me log in. it keeps telling me that my account exists &to sign in.

I log out log back in and it won't work, the same msg will appear over and over.

no customer service available

Several questions:

How did you subscribe to Paramount+?   Through Roku?  Directly with Paramount+ on their website?  Through some other third party like Amazon, Hulu, etc?

How are you trying to access Paramount+?   Through the Paramount+ app installed on a Roku?   Through The Roku Channel?  Through some other app that may sell subscriptions to Paramount+, like Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc?
