4 TV Wall - Specific Remotes for each tv

Good morning, I have a wall where I installed 4 55" Roku TV.

Apparently with one remote, I can control all 4 devices. I need to be able to setup each remote for each specific TV. How can I accomplish this?

You can't with the supplied IR Roku tv remotes, you would have to abandon the IR remotes for good, buy 4 wifi voice remotes one for each Roku tv. Once a WiFi remote is paired with given Roku, it will only control that one Roku.
