I have been using my Roku for a few years with a seiko tv. Recently my Roku quit. I have tried unplugging the router, unplugging the Roku, switching hdmi ports, and the Roku is powered by its original cable plugged into the wall. I’ve also tried the reset button. The Roku image pops up briefly and then goes no signal. I also replaced the remote batteries. Now what?

Try a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet. Given the age of the 3700, it's not really worth putting too much effort into getting it working. A new device will run rings around it. Check your offers for a deal on a new device.
